H-BEAM END FACE MILLING MACHINES is a high performance multipurpose machining unit which is used for the cutting and finishing of various types of engineering grade metallic and alloyed components to make unique designs and cuts with higher precision and accuracy. It is provided with high performance electrical motor which is responsible for the smooth and controlled functioning of the mechanical components fixed within the mechanism. End Miller and Face Miller Machine is also provided with a small control panel with the help of which operator can easily feed the input.

Features

  • All castings Components are of G-20 grade with 180 x 10 H.B hardness and are well designed and heavily ribbed for the best rigidity and dampening capacity.
  • All working parts properly seasoned and machine finished on imported machines, followed by proper scraping, to obtain more precision working and long life.
  • Vertical slide ways and the grinding wheels, creating a perpendicular movement of the spindle in relation to the working table, the housing construction is also designed for better rigidity.
  • Precision scraped Flat Rectangular box type guideways for Column and Vertical head.
  • Gear Box placed in such a position as to enhance the appearance of the whole machine.
  • All Gears are EN-36 material and properly heat treated.
  • Safety limit switches are provided for the vertical movement of the Milling head and Horizontal movement of the column.
  • The lubrication system supplies oil to guide ways and lead screws as the machine operates. This ensures all the critical components are lubricated with the right amount of oil at all times.
  •  Rapid movement of Column and Vertical head by electric motor for faster setting.
